Are you a hands on maintenance leader ready to take the helm of critical water infrastructure? Veolia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Fitzroy to Gladstone Pipeline and associated assets.

What you’ll be responsible for



  • Lead & Inspire: Supervise and mentor a team of 4, fostering a safety-first culture where everyone goes home unharmed

  • Maintain Critical Assets: Oversee routine and breakdown maintenance, plan annual shutdowns, and maximise asset lifecycle and availability

  • Manage Operations: Take ownership of maintenance scheduling, budgets, and CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) workflows to meet KPIs

  • Ensure Safety & Compliance: Champion our "Always Safe" initiative, manage LOTO procedures, generate permits to work, and ensure zero-harm practices across all activities

  • Coordinate & Collaborate: Engage contractors, liaise with external teams, and communicate effectively with senior management to minimise downtime and optimise performance

  • Be On-Call: Participate in roster-based on-call support to respond to breakdowns and ensure asset performance 24/7



What You’ll Need to Be Successful

 

  • A trade or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical or a related field

  • Leadership Experience 

  • Experience in water, wastewater or process plant environments
