An opportunity has arisen for an Multiskilled Operator reporting to the Operations Manager to join our expanding team based at our Echuca Depot. 
 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain plant and equipment in an effective and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s operating procedures and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations including zero blood alcohol limits and chain of responsibility requirements.
  • Assist with minor routine maintenance and cleaning of plant on a daily basis and liaise with Waste Services
  • Operations Coordinator and Leading Hand on plant service and repair requirements.
  • Ensure completion of pre-start and post use checks and report any issues as per company process.
About You: To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Hold current manual drivers license & HR truck licence (Required)
  • Hold  competency ticket Front End Loader (Required)
  • Experience/ interest  in waste management operations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in the safe operation of heavy plant and machinery. 
  • Basic Computer Skills.
