We have an opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our Queenstown team. This is a busy position filled with variety and a great team to work with.. This position provides administrative support to Operations Supervisors and liaises with the Technical Officer and others.

What you'll be responsible for
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Update work orders with relevant job related information and track to ensure timely updates.
- Monitor time sheets for inconsistencies
- Monitor key performance indicators that ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Ensure all data is entered for work orders as required for monthly claim and prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
- Contribute to achieve all treatment and reticulation related performance targets.
- Coordinate and provide contractual reporting to the client and contact Manager.
- Build and maintain contractor and client relationships.
- Implement the requirements of the Drinking Water Standards for New Zealand 2005 or any subsequent amendments.
- Conduct investigations relating to asset management and preparation of client briefs.
- Contribute to the management of Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Systems.
- Comply with the requirements of the company business management system and the Quality policy for drinking water and waste water.
- To undertake such general duties as required for the effective provision of services to the client.
What you'll need to be successful
Qualifications:
- Degree in business or relatable field.
Experience:
- Understanding of water and wastewater operations, maintenance activities and criticality of operations requirements.
- Relevant administrative experience
- Experience using ERP applications preferred and proficient in Google platform office applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively and transcribe to a written narrative of events
- Understanding of business and contract models.
- Exposure to the water and/or process industry and basic understanding of various water treatment technologies and processes.

Other relevant skills or information:
- Basic understanding of SCADA systems.
- A current valid driver’s licence.
- An ability and willingness to work out of hours when required.
- An understanding of ISO 9002, ISO 14001 and Health and Safety legislation.
