In this position, you will be responsible for all southern CCTV activities and traffic management planning and coordination of teams.

What you'll be responsible for

The CCTV & TTM coordinator will develop the annual CCTV campaign program, coordinate the effectiveness of the works to ensure the annual campaign is delivered in full and compliant with client expectations.  The CCTV & TTM Coordinator will work closely with operations and project management to ensure robust data is entering Innovyze (Veolia AM data warehouse)

The coordinator will also lodge CARS, use external systems such as submittica and forward works viewer, they will submit site specific plans to the RCA utilise drawing programs with well detailed planning to obtain work on the road approvals in a timely manner.  They will ensure compliance with TTM, file plans and regular checks and complete a final work notice on work completion. 

They will ensure service delivery demonstrates Veolia’s commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and customer service while meeting performance and key performance indicators and applying health and safety procedures.  Auditing on sites will also be required.

  • Develop and maintain the annual CCTV campaign program
  • Provide direction and Technical support to the CCTV and Jetting team.
  • Assist the CCTV Condition Assessment Technicians to deliver CCTV Inspection and Condition Assessment services for the southern region
  • Assist in maintaining the Infonet database and QA inspections
  • Ensure all CCTV equipment is appropriately and regularly maintained
  • Manage the Veolia Submittica, Forward Viewer and CARs.
  • Provide approved TMPs to 2 separate teams as required, after RCA approval.
  • Undertake such general duties as required for the effective provision of services to the client and customers
  • Act as a point of contact for RCA requests.  Appropriately respond to these in a timely manner, assessing and coordinating remedial action if required
     

What you'll need to be successful

  • Class 1 Licence essential although Class 2 Licence will be an advantage
  • CCTV - NZPIM Edition 4 qualification
  • At least 2 years CCTV experience
  • Infonet AM experience, data upload, download and reviewing reports.
  • Have an STMS or TC/TMO qualification with proven experience
  • Under take and Qualify for TTM Planner (Practicing)
  • At least 2 years practical experience monitoring active traffic sites
  • Experience working in infrastructure and roading projects
  • Work fit, self-motivated and a positive proactive attitude
  • Strong focus on health and safety practices
  • Ability to work on your own and within a team
  • An effective communicator who can interact and relate to staff at all levels of the organisation, and the client / customers.
  • Willing to establish and maintain working relationships with colleagues for a harmonious team environment
