The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at our Queanbeyan site. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills to drive positive change and structure within our customer service department.
As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing the team, overseeing daily operations, and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance and efficiency.

What you'll be responsible for
- Managing and leading the team on-site
- Overseeing day-to-day tasks, including completing run sheets, credits, and invoicing
- Handling daily allocations and reporting
- Implementing and maintaining efficient office management practices
- Providing guidance and support to team members
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
What you'll need to be successful
- Proven leadership experience and ability to positively influence a team
- Proficiency in various computer systems and software, Salesforce desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
