The Opportunity


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at our Queanbeyan site. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills to drive positive change and structure within our customer service department. 

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing the team, overseeing daily operations, and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance and efficiency.

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Managing and leading the team on-site
  • Overseeing day-to-day tasks, including completing run sheets, credits, and invoicing
  • Handling daily allocations and reporting
  • Implementing and maintaining efficient office management practices
  • Providing guidance and support to team members
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Proven leadership experience and ability to positively influence a team
  • Proficiency in various computer systems and software, Salesforce desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
