The Opportunity

Join Veolia's Information Technology team as a Functional Analyst, playing a crucial role in managing and administrating the UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Central applications across all business streams. This position offers the exciting opportunity to contribute to the migration to UKG Pro implementation and provide ongoing support, shaping the future of our HR and Payroll systems.

What you'll be responsible for

• Managing and administrating UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Central applications
• Ensuring seamless business process and technical management of HR/Payroll systems
• Overseeing daily management and administration of time & attendance systems
• Performing configuration, testing, and solution migration to productive environments
• Managing problem management processes and providing technical guidance
• Ensuring changes are properly documented, communicated, audited, and deployed
• Contributing to the UKG Pro implementation and providing ongoing support

What you'll need to be successful

• 5+ years of experience in HR/Payroll business operations or system support roles
• Strong knowledge of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and UKG Workforce Central products
• Preferable UKG Academy/University course completion and certification
• Experience in interpreting, formalising, and communicating requirements as a business analyst or functional consultant
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
• Project management skills and experience with vendor technical management
