The Opportunity


We have an exciting 12 month contract opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Recruitment team in Pyrmont, 2009. With hybrid working flexibility, you'll provide essential recruitment support across our business, working closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience from attraction through to offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing recruitment administration including advertising, screening, interview coordination, and skills assessments

  • Conducting reference checks, police checks, and organising pre-employment medicals

  • Raising purchase orders and managing recruitment related administration

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Specialists with attraction strategies and candidate pipeline management across SEEK, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the selection process

  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers and business partners to deliver timely, quality outcomes

What you will need to be successful

  • Previous experience in a recruitment coordination or HR administration role

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
