The Opportunity


Join Veolia as our Sustainability Products Coordinator, where you'll be the expert behind our waste reporting platform, Ecologic. This role puts you at the heart of our sustainability mission, managing the data that helps customers track their environmental impact and make informed decisions. 

 

You'll work across multiple teams and systems, becoming the go-to person for all things data and reporting. Based in Pyrmont with flexible working arrangements, this is your chance to build expertise in sustainability data management while contributing to meaningful environmental outcomes.

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Administering and maintaining Veolia's Ecologic sustainability reporting platform, ensuring optimal system performance and data accuracy

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for sales teams and customers on reporting queries, system access, and user management

  • Troubleshooting data discrepancies by working across Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Tableau to identify and resolve issues

  • Conducting regular data audits and quality control measures to maintain integrity and transparency

  • Identifying system enhancements and process improvements to elevate user experience and efficiency

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field with 2+ years in data management or system administration

  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and genuine interest in working with data

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and experience with reporting tools such as Tableau (or willingness to learn)

  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions

  • Outstanding stakeholder management and customer service skills with the ability to support diverse user groups
