The Opportunity

 

We are looking for a highly organised and technically capable Project Analyst/Coordinator to support the delivery of a complex programme of HR compliance projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a high-visibility, business-critical project that directly impacts employees across the organisation.

 

You will work closely with Senior Management in HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to help track, manage, and report on compliance activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high stakeholder engagement at every stage.

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • Essential: Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including:

    • Advanced formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, ARRAYFORMULA)

    • Pivot tables and data visualisation

    • Data validation and conditional formatting

    • Macros or Google Apps Script (desirable)

  • Demonstrable experience in a project coordination or junior project management role, ideally within an HR, Finance, or People Operations environment

  • High level of technical literacy – comfortable adopting new tools, systems, and platforms quickly

  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
