The Opportunity


We are looking for a graduate or administrator who would like to get a career start in our busy Procurement team. In this role you will assist in the extracting, cleansing and reporting of Veolia and supplier data. You will manage our Fleet and Property databases, portals and registers and help our team via reports from them and extracts of relevant data. This will be a varied and interesting administrative and reporting role that will give you excellent insight into how Procurement supports our wider business.

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Supporting the Senior Procurement Analyst with key monthly strategic reporting requirements; e.g. Travel, Fuel, Insurance, Personal Fuel Card use etc. 
  • Assisting in the completion of ad hoc specific related analysis to support business transformation initiatives 
  • Keeping the Capex/ Mobile Fleet Buying Register up to date, including the creation of Purchase Orders in SAP Ariba
  • Manage the portals and databases for Property management and he light vehicle fleet
     

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Suitable tertiary degree OR relevant administrative support experience
  • Demonstrated interest in data extraction, manipulation, interpretation and problem solving skills.
  • Exposure to SAP Ariba or any other Procurement system would be highly regarded
  • Sound communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Natural inclination to challenge the status quo; enjoys problem solving and belief the change is positive.
