The Opportunity
Join Veolia as a People Data & Reporting Analyst and become the architect of data-driven HR decision-making. You'll translate complex workforce data into compelling visual stories that shape people strategy, working with cutting-edge tools like Tableau and AI-powered analytics to uncover meaningful insights that drive real business impact.

What you'll be responsible for

Maintain and build dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau that visualise key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, DEI, headcount planning)

Analyse workforce data from SuccessFactors and other HR systems to identify trends and insights

Translate analytical findings into clear, meaningful recommendations for HR and business stakeholders

Ensure data integrity and compliance across HR systems and reporting solutions

Partner with HR stakeholders and Lines of Business to understand their challenges and translate technical findings into meaningful, actionable recommendations
What you'll need to be successful

Proven proficiency in Tableau (essential) or Power BI with experience building dashboards

2+ years analysing large datasets with strong SQL and database management skills
-
Excellent stakeholder management—curious, outgoing, and skilled at translating analytical insights into business language
-
Experience with HR data is highly preferable
-
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
