Title:  National Key Accounts Coordinator

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated National Key Accounts Coordinator to support our portfolio of national key accounts. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the account management team, focusing on customer service excellence and operational efficiency. This position offers an excellent entry point into our dynamic Transactional Services Team.

What you'll be responsible for

• Supporting internal and external customer inquiries
• Processing data entry and maintaining data accuracy
• Managing and resolving queries within set timeframes
• Assisting with NKA administrative tasks including account setup, reporting, and invoicing

What you'll need to be successful

• Strong customer service orientation
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and/or MS Office, particularly spreadsheet applications
