The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking multiple experienced National Customer Allocations Officers  to join our team in either Arndell Park or our national head office in Pyrmont. These are permanent full-time opportunities. 


Working in a close-knit, well experienced team, you will allocate customer payments to their respective accounts. The goal of the Customer Payment Allocation Officer is to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts, reconcile payments, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Ensuring that credit cards payments are processed daily through the on-line terminal and these are allocated to the clients’ accounts
  • Clearance of suspense account and these are allocated to clients’ accounts
  • Processing of EFT / Cheques Payments to clients’ accounts
  • Reconciliation of Bank Clearing Accounts
  • Maintenance of customer relationships
  • Liaise with internal and external customers regarding payment details or payment discrepancies


 

What you'll need to be successful

  • At least 1 years experience within a similar role
  • Experience using Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
