The Opportunity
As an Accounts payable officer, your role is to make efficient and effective payments for goods and services received. You will be required to reconcile exceptions and process invoices in SAP and Ariba.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Pyrmont with the option to work from home.

What you'll be responsible for

Provide consistent, timely and accurate processing of invoices

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
-
Monthly reconciliations, invoicing and other relevant duties

Ensure systems, procedures and policies are followed

Maintain the records of accounts payable by filing all source documents and system generated documents
What you'll need to be successful
-
2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role
-
Intermediate Excel skills
-
Good customer service/stakeholder management skills
-
SAP & Ariba knowledge is preferable
