The Opportunity


Veolia is seeking an experienced SAP HR/Payroll Functional Analyst to join our team at our head office in Pyrmont. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and administrating Veolia's SAP SuccessFactors application, including the core modules of recruitment, onboarding, employee central, and employee central payroll.

You will play a key role in ensuring seamless business processes and technical management of the SuccessFactors application. You will enhance operational efficiency, drive business growth, and improve the end-user experience through expert administration of this key HR system.

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the SAP SuccessFactors application, including configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
  • Act as the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors core HR modules like recruitment, onboarding, employee central, and payroll
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations
  • Provide prompt resolution of issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimise system performance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
  • Act as first level back-up support for UKG Kronos

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a HR/Payroll business operations or system support role
  • Experienced in SuccessFactors as a Success Factors System Administrator (EC/ECP/Onboarding/Recruitment)
  • SAP Certified Application Associate in SuccessFactors module(s) or “SFX” administrator certification desired but not essential 
  • Excellent hands-on configuration experience and in-depth technical skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to communicate to technical teams regarding functionality to develop project scopes and deliverables
