We're looking for a technically strong Finance Manager to join our Transactional Accounting team on a 12-month fixed term basis. This is a hands-on role focused on technical accounting – interpretation, application, and ensuring the integrity of our general ledgers. You'll work closely with our Head of Reporting & Consolidation and Head of FP&A, with meaningful exposure to senior leadership and large, complex accounting projects.

What you'll be responsible for
-
Leading the technical accounting function, including interpretation and application of Group and local accounting standards, and overseeing the monthly close process

Managing monthly balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and supporting the preparation of statutory accounts and external reporting

Building and maintaining effective partnerships with Business Line and Segment finance teams, as well as external auditors

Driving continuous improvement across accounting processes, systems, and controls, including contributing to the automation and digitisation roadmap
What you'll need to be successful

Ideally Big 4 trained with a strong technical Accounting background and CPA/CA qualification

Minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience, with demonstrated experience in a managerial role, desired but not required

Deep technical accounting knowledge

Strong communicator, organised, and deadline-driven with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
