The Opportunity
Join Veolia ANZ's dynamic Data Management Office in a pivotal role that will shape how we understand and enhance our customer experience (CX). As our CX Data & Reporting Analyst, you'll initially focus on transforming our customer experience data into actionable insights, before expanding your impact across other business units.
Based in our Pyrmont office, you'll be part of a forward-thinking team that's known for delivering data-driven solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

What you'll be responsible for

Developing CX dashboards and reports that drive customer-centric decisions

Analysing CX data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Presenting insights to CX leadership team and recommending enhancement strategies

Managing your own project pipeline within the CX space and beyond

Collaborating with CX stakeholders to understand and meet their reporting needs
What you'll need to be successful

Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Data Science, or related field

Experience with data visualisation tools and reporting is essential (Tableau specific experience is beneficial but not essential)

Understanding of customer experience metrics and KPIs (advantageous)

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
