The Opportunity
Veolia is looking for a Communications professional who is ready for the next step in their career. As our new Communications Advisor across Australia and New Zealand, you will deliver clear and useful communications across the business, ensuring our employees and stakeholders receive engaging, relevant and easy to understand messages at just the right time. You will work to ensure Veolia’s Communications maturity by expanding the internal communications channels and methods used to connect and engage with our people. What you'll be responsible for
- Support in building and delivering the Internal Communications Strategy in line with the Business Roadmap
- Deliver the internal communications strategy and planning for strategic projects initiated at Group level, ensuring these are executed locally in a relevant and timely way
- Develop and deliver best-practice, dynamic and engaging communications that drive the brand forward in the minds of our employees, positioning Veolia as a thought leader and employer of choice
- Develop an annual internal communications content plan, including how this will be executed across various internal communication channels
- Deliver enhancements to the Intranet to ensure consistent engagement, news content, and easy access to key information
- Support the Corporate Communications Manager in the development of messaging, filming and content for, and with, the senior leadership team
What you'll need to be successful
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a highly matrixed organisation
- Bachelor’s degree required in a Communications or Marketing related field
