The Opportunity
Lead Financial Strategy for Our Largest Business
This is more than a transactional role—it's a chance to hold the financial reins of Veolia's largest Line of Business, Environmental Services.
We are seeking a Finance Manager to step into a high-impact leadership role where you will be instrumental in:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Driving accurate, robust financial reporting and governance across the company's largest line of business.

Commercial Insight: Acting as a critical strategic business partner, providing commercial insights that directly influence senior leadership decisions.

Team Empowerment: Managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing finance team of eight, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

System Mastery: Taking on the challenge of integrating and harmonizing large datasets for month-end and year-end reporting, leveraging multiple complex ERP systems.

What you'll be responsible for

Financial leadership and team management

Financial reporting with a hands on approach to reporting period close using information from multiple source systems.

Commercial business partnering, acting as a strategic partner to the commercial counterparts of the Line of Business

Report on balance sheet risks and opportunities

Continuous Process Improvement opportunities
What you'll need to be successful

Proven Leadership: Multiple years in relevant accounting/finance roles, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a dedicated people management capacity within a large, complex environment.

Elite Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and fully qualified CPA or CA.

Technical Excellence: High proficiency with large-scale ERP systems (SAP preferred), along with experience in Salesforce, TM1, Tableau, and advanced Excel skills.
