The Opportunity
Veolia is seeking Industrial Painter & Blasters to join the established corrosion control team for our local contract at Portland Aluminium, Portland Victoria.

What you’ll be responsible for
● Ability to prepare surfaces using abrasive blast equipment to specifications.
● Coating application of both conventional and airless spray set ups to specifications.
● Ensuring quality workmanship on all jobs.
● Adhering to site specific rules and requirements.
● Drive the ‘Always Safe’ Culture.

What you’ll need to be successful
● Experience in a hands-on role within the industrial painting & blasting industry.
● Knowledge of various painting and blasting equipment, methods and applications.
● Cert 3 in Surface Preparation and Paint Application highly regarded.
● Current drivers licence.
● Commitment to maintaining safe work practices
● Ability to work both in teams and independently
● Ability to pass pre employment medical/drug and alcohol screen
