The Opportunity
Veolia is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to gain valuable engineering experience and provide technical support across our Luggage Point 4008 Advanced Water Treatment Plant teams, including Operations, Process Engineering, Water Quality, and Asset Management. What you'll be responsible for
- Support Engineering and Operations teams at Luggage Point AWTP
- Monitor processes and recommend changes to enhance operational performance and efficiency
- Play an active role in Safety, Value, and Culture initiatives
- Review and report on plant operational performance
- Assist operations team with troubleshooting process-related issues
- Provide technical and engineering support for asset management
- Identify and implement process optimisation and improvement opportunities
- Monitor and analyse process data, identifying trends and proposing continuous improvement solutions
- Research and prepare background material for reporting and projects
- Collaborate with teams to develop, implement, and update operating procedures and work instructions
- Assist with risk identification across the Water business
What you'll need to be successful
- Degree in Engineering
- Desire to develop a career in engineering
- Willingness to learn and develop in an operational environment
