You'll use your expert knowledge to deliver innovative training programs, mentor site teams, and drive best practice across our operations.

Based Bibra Lake - Hybrid role with travel as required  - Monday to Friday

What you'll be responsible for

  • Assist with the review, development and adjustment of course content to meet operational and compliance requirements

  • Assist site based trainers and VOC verifiers with resolving competency deficiencies in operators

  • Ensure business compliance with the approved assessment model and report on effectiveness

  • Review and audit sites to verify all equipment is being captured by the competency training and assessment methodology

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (required)

  • Certificate IV Driver Trainer (desirable)

  • HC Licence 

  • Substantial experience operating relevant equipment

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role in waste, transport, logistics or resources

  • Demonstrated knowledge of equipment operations

  • Computer literate (comfortable with IPad) 

 

Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and medical check relevant to the role.
