The Opportunity

Veolia is seeking an experienced Senior Lining Technician to lead wastewater and stormwater trenchless renewal projects in Auckland. This role offers the opportunity to supervise operations, mentor junior team members, and contribute to critical infrastructure and environmental sustainability.

What you'll be responsible for

• Supervise on-site operations and deliver trenchless renewal upgrades safely
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Manage Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental systems on site
• Complete administration work accurately and timely
• Build professional relationships with clients, customers and team members
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
• Participate in toolbox meetings and safety initiatives

What you'll need to be successful

Qualifications/Experience:
• Level 4 National Certificate (or willingness to obtain) or equivalent
• Confined Space, Working at Heights, First Aid and Site Safe certifications
• Proven construction and supervision experience in water/wastewater infrastructure
• Experience in trenchless renewal technology
• Current Class 2 driver's licence (Class 4 preferred) with WTR and F Endorsements
• Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Health & Safety legislation
