The Opportunity

Working in a motivated team, you’ll work with our talented payroll team which is responsible for timely processing of payroll for all our permanent, temporary and casual staff. In your day-to-day activities, you’ll be processing monthly and weekly payroll of about 700 employees, assisting with the reporting, attending to payroll related queries and interpreting EBAs/awards.

You’ll need:

 

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in using payroll systems:
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (ideal)
  • Kronos experience (desirable)
  • 3+ years experience in end to end payroll processing
  • Demonstrated knowledge of legislation and statutory requirements relating to payroll processing

    Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll work closely with a small team, as well as various suppliers and contractors. And you’ll learn from them, as much as they learn from you.

In addition to operating the plant, you’ll play a key role in measuring and reporting the facility’s output, maintaining a robust safety culture and identifying more efficient ways of working that don’t compromise safety or quality.
