Heading up our national billing team based in West Gosford (2250), you will have the opportunity to showcase your strong knowledge of billing processes, best practices, and industry standards. What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the national billing team, ensuring efficient and accurate billing processes.
  • Manage and develop a team of billing specialists, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Monitor billing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Finance, to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
  • Develop and implement billing strategies and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
     

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a billing department, preferably in a national or multi-regional context
  • Strong knowledge of billing processes, best practices, and industry standards
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a team.
