The Opportunity


We are looking for an Engineer - Asset Integrity to join our Technology and Innovation family. Working in a close-knit, motivated team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the effective implementation of projects that improve asset management systems, processes, and information as part of the corporate asset management team based in Sydney.
 
The role would be based in Sydney, focusing largely on New South Wales and corporate requirements, but would involve occasional travel to sites across Australia.
 
 
 
Responsibilities include:

 

  • Project manage the delivery of Veolia asset work management and capital systems in a number of locations around Australia.
  • Develop business cases for asset management improvement projects.
  • Conduct asset management risk and performance reviews to ensure optimal performance and investment of maintenance and renewal budgets
  • Prepare documentation to support systems and processes and carry out site investigations and analysis as required.
     

You’ll need:

 

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an operations and/or engineering roles
  • Preferred experience with IT systems, including enterprise asset management (EAM) and/or computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Experience with asset management practices and processes
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access) applications
  • Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Robust problem-solving & decision making abilities 
  • Motivation to learn and grow within a team environment
