Join our friendly team as an Operations Support Coordinator! 

You'll be the go-to person for resolving daily challenges, supporting our drivers and sales team, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you're organised, enjoy helping others and can think on your feet, we'd love to meet you!

Full time on site 7.00 am - 3.00 PM with 1 w/end every 3 months on call.

What you'll be responsible for

• Managing Salesforce cases and customer queries
• Supporting drivers and sales teams with daily operations
• Monitoring safety compliance and conducting site assessments
• Processing incidents and maintaining accurate records
• Resolving credit disputes and administrative matters
   

What you'll need to be successful

• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service ability
• Experience with administrative systems (SAP / G-Suite desirable) 
• Flexible, can-do attitude
• Team player with strong attention to detail

  
  Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and medical check relevant to the role
