Title:  Operations Supervisor

The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our friendly team in Nudgee. If you are passionate about transport operations and love leading teams to success, we would love to hear from you!

This role is responsible for the day to day running of the site, drivers, and incident management of approximately 20 staff.

This is a Monday to Friday 5.00 am start times

What you'll be responsible for

• Manage route performance and optimisation
• Preparation of run-sheets, debriefing drivers and fatigue management
• Supervise and coordinate transport operations, ensuring efficient and profitable service delivery
• Lead and inspire a team of drivers and dispatchers
• Build strong relationships with customers and resolve queries promptly
• Champion safety and environmental best practices

What you'll need to be successful

• HR licence desirable
• Experience in transport operations and fatigue management
• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility legislation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and customer service focus
• Safety-first mindset
• Experience with in-vehicle monitoring systems (desirable)

Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and medical check relevant to the role
