The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Environmental Services team in Shoalhaven 2541. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the go-to person for our waste drivers and operators, helping them tackle any challenges that come up during their day.
You'll be right in the middle of the action, making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone has what they need to get the job done. We're after someone who's good with people, can think on their feet, and knows how to keep things moving. What you'll be responsible for

Assisting in the coordination of service deliveries through the supervision of drivers.

Managing drivers and ensuring full compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements

Communicate accurate and timely information to all stakeholders
-
Proactively review route performance to identify route optimisation and improvement opportunities
-
Problem solve by responding to issues that are of immediate operational concern with a solutions focus

Ensure team tasks and requirements are met in a timely manner

Conduct Monthly Operations meetings
