The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for an Organics Supervisor to join our team based at the North Bannister Resource Recovery Park. As the Organics Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the safe operations of the Organics Processing Facility.

What you'll be responsible for
-
Coordinating, supervising and supporting the onsite team in the achievement of operational and business objectives
-
Driving improvements and efficiencies to ensure optimisation across the composting operation
-
Overseeing composting process to deliver production of AS4454 certified compost
-
Managing compliance, production volumes and delivery of compost
-
Scheduling and coordinating maintenance on plant and equipment, including management of all associated contractors
-
Supervising the use of equipment and maintaining supplies
-
Supporting a safety first and continuous improvement culture
