The Opportunity
Working in a motivated team, you will take charge of a pivotal role in supporting the Operations & Compliance Manager - Energy while delivering a best in class service experience to customers of our new Energy Retail Business. You will be a key player in compliance and operational performance while being a valuable asset in liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.
This is a permanent full-time role which is based in Newcastle, 2300.

What you'll be responsible for

Manage bill runs, resolve complex billing queries, process adjustments and handle refund approvals for customer accounts

Execute onboarding processes, manage customer transfers, and maintain accurate account information across all systems

Coordinate metering services, process B2B requests, and implement meter roll-out programs to meet business requirements

Provide professional support to account management team, handle complaints efficiently, and maintain detailed interaction records

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and assist with data analysis and reporting for leadership team
