Title:  Operations Analyst

The Opportunity

Working in a motivated team, you will take charge of a pivotal role in supporting the Operations & Compliance Manager - Energy while delivering a  best in class service experience to customers of our new Energy Retail Business. You will be a key player in compliance and operational performance while being a valuable asset in liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.

This is a permanent full-time role which is based in Newcastle, 2300.

What you'll be responsible for

• Manage bill runs, resolve complex billing queries, process adjustments and handle refund approvals for customer accounts

• Execute onboarding processes, manage customer transfers, and maintain accurate account information across all systems

• Coordinate metering services, process B2B requests, and implement meter roll-out programs to meet business requirements

• Provide professional support to account management team, handle complaints efficiently, and maintain detailed interaction records

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and assist with data analysis and reporting for leadership team
