The Opportunity

 

Are you an experienced contract professional with a passion for administration, customer service, performance, compliance and stakeholder management?

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Performance Manager to join our Nudgee team. This is a key leadership role acting as the vital link between our internal teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

 

Monday to Friday in office.

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Leading and managing the contract performance team, including training, rostering and performance management

  • Overseeing contract documentation, compliance, KPIs and deadlines to ensure all contractual obligations are met

  • Coordinating with internal departments (operations, finance, fleet, HR) and subcontractors to resolve contract-related issues

  • Preparing and submitting regular performance reports and data to management and Brisbane City Council

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of contract performance operations

 

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Demonstrable experience in contract administration, preferably within waste management or municipal services

  • Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing a team

  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and contract management software

  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
