The Opportunity


We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Administration Officer to join our close-knit team in Moruya, 2537. You'll be responsible for general administration, customer service, purchasing, and financial tasks within our waste management operations. 


This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual who can efficiently manage diverse responsibilities and provide excellent customer support.

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • General administration and phone answering
  • Ariba purchasing
  • Reconciling Eurobodalla Council tipping (BPO)
  • Reconciling subcontractor invoices
  • End of month reporting (Suez Oasis)
  • Setting up new customers in Oasis
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Managing Echo and daily allocation
  • Handling bookings in Salesforce
     

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Office administration experience essential
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Ability to efficiently resolve customer issues
  • Flexibility for additional hours when required
  • SAP Ariba exposure preferred
  • Local geographical knowledge desirable
