The Opportunity
We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Administration Officer to join our close-knit team in Moruya, 2537. You'll be responsible for general administration, customer service, purchasing, and financial tasks within our waste management operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual who can efficiently manage diverse responsibilities and provide excellent customer support.

What you'll be responsible for
- General administration and phone answering
- Ariba purchasing
- Reconciling Eurobodalla Council tipping (BPO)
- Reconciling subcontractor invoices
- End of month reporting (Suez Oasis)
- Setting up new customers in Oasis
- Assisting with payroll
- Managing Echo and daily allocation
- Handling bookings in Salesforce
What you'll need to be successful
- Office administration experience essential
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Ability to efficiently resolve customer issues
- Flexibility for additional hours when required
- SAP Ariba exposure preferred
- Local geographical knowledge desirable
