Are you passionate about environmental solutions and have a knack for both sales and technical writing? We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Sales Lead and Technical Proposal Writer in the exciting field of soil and water remediation.

What you'll be responsible for
-
Identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities

Building business relationships with new and potential clients
-
Maintain a pipeline of opportunities
-
Lead the sales process for soil and water remediation projects
-
Develop compelling technical proposals and bid documents
-
Responding to potential client requests for expressions of interest (EOIs), pre-qualifications, proposals (RFPs) and tenders
-
Answering client questions and follow-up call questions

Collaborate with engineers and scientists to accurately represent our solutions
-
Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
-
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements
What you'll need to be successful
-
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
-
3+ years of experience in sales or business development within the environmental sector
-
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

In-depth knowledge of soil and water remediation techniques and technologies
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Office suite and proposal software
