The Opportunity

As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for driving new business growth, along with maintaining and building business with Veolia’s current SME Customers in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne area, main base in Brooklyn.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Hunt and establish new business growth for Veolia’s Environmental Services line of business across the Melbourne area

  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with forecast opportunities identified as short, medium-and long-term prospects

  • Monitor the satisfaction levels of customers to provide a quality service that exceeds their expectations

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers and marketplace within the defined territory

  • Work with the Field Sales Manager, and other sales team members to maximise business opportunities

What you'll need to be successful

  • Previous experience within a business development or account management role

  • A track record for maintaining and developing relationships with high level stakeholders

  • Valid Drivers License

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills

  • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail with a proactive, self-starting approach.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying and delivering innovative solutions to customers.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
