The Opportunity
Veolia is looking for an Instrumentation & Electrical Technician to join our team at the Western Corridor Advanced Recycled Water Treatment Plant in Pinkenba 4009. You will play a critical, hands on role in the maintenance and optimization of advanced plant equipment, ensuring the continuous operation of our sophisticated control systems and instrumentation.

What you'll be responsible for
- Monitor and operate plant equipment and systems
- Service, maintenance, installation and commissioning of process and instrumentation equipment
- Preventative maintenance, calibration and verification of instrumentation and final control devices
- Non‑routine troubleshooting and breakdown response for process instrumentation and control systems
- Collect samples and conduct lab analysis
- Attend callouts as required
What you'll need to be successful
- Demonstrated experience as an Instrumentation Technician in an industrial or service environment
- Current unrestricted QLD Electrical Licence
- Certificate III and/or IV in Instrumentation and Control
- Experience in water treatment or similar industry
- Strong communication skills with a practical, solution‑focused approach
