The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team at the Mount Piper Power Station Water Treatment Facility on a 12 month maternity cover contract in Lithgow 2790. This key role combines financial control, procurement coordination, maintenance management and administrative support to ensure smooth site operations.

What you'll be responsible for
- Manage site financial controls including budget forecasting and month-end reporting
- Coordinate procurement processes including quotations, service agreements and stock management
- Process invoices and manage purchase orders through SAP and VAMS
- Oversee the site's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Manage timesheet tracking and payroll administration
- Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes
- Maintain site documentation and quality assurance requirements
- Coordinate site training, inductions and special events
- Manage contractor/visitor coordination and site access
- Support the preparation of monthly reports and presentations
- Assist with minor capital work projects
What you'll need to be successful
- Experience in office administration or purchasing
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS)
