As Asset Manager, you will lead a team accountable for:

 

As Asset Manager, you'll be accountable for:

  • Strategic Planning – Develop and implement comprehensive Asset Management Plans (AMPs) that optimise whole-of-life costs while maximising plant availability and reliability.
  • Team Leadership – Build and lead a high-performing maintenance and asset management team with a culture of innovation and proactive problem-solving
  • Technical Excellence – Manage the Maintenance Management System, maintain asset registers, and develop cost-effective preventative maintenance schedules aligned with industry best practice
  • Operational Delivery – Plan and execute plant shutdowns and turnarounds with minimal disruption
  • Performance Management – Analyse maintenance performance against KPIs, budgets and forecasts, driving continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder Management – Act as the key interface with client stakeholders on strategic asset management decisions
  • Compliance – Ensure all activities meet Safety, Environment and Quality management system requirements

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, asset management or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Proven track record leading asset management and maintenance teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of maintenance management systems and asset lifecycle principles
  • Demonstrated implementation of RCM principles or similar on a complex production facility.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce complex asset management reports, and present findings in a simplified form to clients and regulators.
