Veolia ANZ is seeking a talented Asset Engineer to join our dynamic Water team at the Sydney Desalination Plant in Kurnell, 2231. As a key player in our team, you'll drive the optimization of critical assets, ensuring the plant operates at peak performance and delivers high-quality drinking water to the community.

In this exciting role, you'll:
 

• Develop and maintain accurate asset registers and conduct performance analysis using CMMS (Maximo) and Tableau
• Lead asset management reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve holistic engineering outcomes
• Provide CMMS expertise and technical leadership
• Contribute to maintenance strategies, condition monitoring programs, and asset management documentation
• Prepare and analyse monthly KPI reports and other internal/external reporting as required

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Mechanical, or relevant discipline
• Strong technical background in chemical, mechanical, or electrical disciplines
• Asset Management or Industrial operations experience 
• Proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
