The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a positive and energetic Workshop Coordinator to join our operations team at our Kilburn facility in SA (5084).

What you'll be responsible for

• Process and receipt purchase orders and invoices with accuracy

• Manage work orders and purchase orders to ensure timely and precise processing

• Coordinate scheduled maintenance for all fleet and equipment, ensuring timely execution and accurate record-keeping

• Maintain effective stock control and inventory management

• Resolve issues for both internal and external customers

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Liaise with third-party maintenance suppliers and foster productive working relationships

What you'll need to be successful

• Unrestricted car driver's licence (essential)

• Forklift and HR truck licences (desirable)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience working with suppliers and third parties

• Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace

• Systems-focused with strong organisational abilities
