The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ are seeking a Territory Manager to join our Environmental Services Sales team based in Kilburn. As the Territory Manager you will be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio, ensuring retention, whilst exploring and securing new business growth across our Solid Waste line of business. This role would suit a motivated, customer focused individual looking to take the next step in their career with a global organisation.

What you'll be responsible for

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing account base across metropolitan Adelaide

Developing new business growth by proactively seeking opportunities

Monitor the satisfaction levels of customers to provide a quality service that meets or exceeds their expectations

Develop and maintain business networks and relationships to promote Veolia’s growth across the Adelaide Metro area
What you'll need to be successful
-
Proven experience within an account management role, or B2B sales
-
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to clarify, resolve issues, and make decisions
-
The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while driving results

Certificate IV in Business or higher, or equivalent workplace experience

Intermediate literacy in Google Workspace &/or Microsoft Office

Experience in CRM maintenance such as Salesforce is desirable but not essential

Fully maintained and reliable vehicle with valid drivers licence
