Title:  HR Coordinator

The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a customer centric HR Coordinator to join our People & Safety team on a 6 month fixed term basis. Reporting to the HR Services Team Leader,  you will be part of an integral team of HR Coordinators responsible for ensuring timely management and closure of assigned tickets, across various lines of business, while supporting the team in improving service delivery.  

This role is ideal for a candidate who is a critical thinker with a passion for providing internal customer satisfaction, has a high level of attention to detail,  with a proven ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced, high volume work environment.

What you'll be responsible for

• Onboarding 

• Offboarding

• Position Management

• Employee changes

• General Payroll enquiries

• General HR enquiries

You will be required to effectively use Veolia’s HRIS (Successfactors) to manage transactions and changes, ensuring that employee and position data is maintained accurately.

What you'll need to be successful

• Solid working experience with meeting KPI’s in a customer service environment

• Demonstrated ability in time management and prioritisation

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills 

• Demonstrated ability to learn and pick up new information quickly, particularly technology and software

• Strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of Successfactors is highly desirable for this role
