What you'll be responsible for
-
Maintaining quality and compliance processes for master data management
-
Processing service agreements and managing cases via Salesforce
-
Building and maintaining effective relationships across all CX pillars
-
Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and maintenance
-
Monitoring and maintaining master data quality to meet company standards
What you'll need to be successful
-
2-3 years' experience in a contact centre or customer service role (B2B environment preferred)
-
Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and similar systems is desired
-
Typing speed of 60 wpm with an accuracy level of 80% or more
-
Experience in Google Suites
-
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
-
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Great interpersonal skills and ability to engage positively with internal/external stakeholders
