The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team in Kilburn, SA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of CX Consultants while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued customers. You'll play a crucial role in driving team performance, managing escalations, and fostering a positive work culture.
Please note this role can be based in either South Australia, Victoria, or New South Wales.

What you'll be responsible for
-
Leading and developing a team of CX Data Entry Consultants in South Australia
-
Monitoring and evaluating team performance metrics
-
Implementing process improvements and best practices
-
Providing regular performance reporting and feedback
What you'll need to be successful
-
Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service/contact centre environment with 2+ years in leadership
-
Proven team leadership and coaching abilities
-
Excellence in written and verbal communication
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and SAP
-
Ability to travel interstate when required
