We have a brilliant opportunity for a Confirmations Officer to join our friendly Solid Waste Collections team based in Kilburn 5084. This is a key role that sits at the heart of our operations, ensuring all jobs are accurately confirmed to support a smooth and efficient billing process.

Work Schedule

 

Monday to Friday on site
8am - 4pm

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Confirming routes and reviewing confirmations accurately
  • Reconciling Purchase Order numbers, subcontractor invoices and disposal dockets
  • Preparing customer-specific reports
  • Managing the weekly internal subcontractor payment process

 

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Working knowledge of SAP and a background in invoicing and data integrity
  • High attention to detail with a naturally analytical approach
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across Operations and Finance teams to deliver shared outcomes
