Title:  Site Operations Coordinator

The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator to join our Team based in Keysborough - 3173. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to advance subcontractor efficiency, improve customer service and strengthen operating profitability within the Liquid & Hazardous business unit.

Weekend work is required based on commercial requirements (time in lieu).

What you'll be responsible for

• Maintain an effective relationship and facilitate regular communication with internal teams and external subcontractors.
• Manage the onboarding/offboarding requirements of subcontractors including regulatory and insurance compliance.
• Monitor on-site service delivery for job-specific tasks and they are being completed according to the job requirements and expectations.
• Facilitate Customer Contract merging to New Veolia.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and provide additional support to the team as needed.

What you'll need to be successful

• Demonstrated administration experience within a fast paced environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the Waste Industry
• Computer literacy; Google Suite (desirable) | Salesforce (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders and customers
• Current Drivers licence (mandatory)
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and medical check relevant to the role.
