The Opportunity

 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support our waste and recycling operations team.

 

This role is integral to ensuring smooth coordination between our operations teams, external contractors, and internal stakeholders.

 

Full time site based - Monday  - Friday 8.00 am start times

What you'll be responsible for

  • Support Billing Administration Supervisor to have all data entered for invoicing and reporting
  • Processing runsheets
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Performing general administrative tasks; scanning and filing paperwork
  • Coordinating service data for internal & external stakeholders

 

What you'll need to be successful

  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets
  • Reliability and a willingness to learn
  • Sound skills in building relationships
  • Ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail
  • A strong focus on health and safety
