The Opportunity
Ready to drive real growth in a booming sector? Veolia is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Keysborough team with a territory spanning metro and regional Victoria, you'll own a strategic portfolio of medium to high volume accounts—developing relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering solutions that matter.
This is a field based, relationship driven role where you'll spend time on site with customers, work autonomously, and have genuine influence over your success. If you thrive on building trust, closing deals, and making an impact, this could be your next move.

What you'll be responsible for
- Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of customers across Victoria
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, targeting companies not currently partnering with Veolia
- Build trusted relationships with key customer and internal stakeholders
- Develop and execute 3, 6 and 12-month account plans to drive retention and growth
- Conduct regular customer and site visits across metropolitan and regional Victoria
- Partner with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that leverage Veolia's broader capabilities
- Ensure customer commitments, service levels and contractual obligations are consistently achieved
- Maintain customer and sales activity through Salesforce/CRM systems
- Willingness to travel across metropolitan and regional Victoria, including occasional overnight stays
What you'll need to be successful
- Demonstrated experience in account management, sales or business development
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
- Experience within construction, building, waste or a related industry highly regarded
- Own vehicle and C Class Driver's Licence
