Title:  Internal Sales Officer

The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Customer Experience Sales Consultant to join our Sales & Onboarding team based in Keysborough. You will deal with incoming customer sales and retention based phone calls.

What you'll be responsible for

• Attend to incoming customer Sales and Retention based calls and email queries 
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints
• Support internal stakeholders

What you'll need to be successful

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role 
• Sales exposure and ability to work towards KPIs and sales targets desired but not required 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment with rapidly changing priorities
