Title:  Customer Experience Supervisor

As the Customer Experience Supervisor at our Keysborough office, you will be responsible for overseeing our Internal Sales Consultants and ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to our Veolia Customers. What you'll be responsible for

• Oversee a team of Internal Sales Consultants, ensuring they provide exceptional service to customers through various communication channels

• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to help individuals meet their productivity and service quality targets

• Drive continuous improvement in customer service by identifying and implementing process enhancements

• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging cooperation between Consultants and other internal teams

• Provide training, mentoring, and development opportunities for team members

What you'll need to be successful

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact centre environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team to meet and exceed their performance targets

• Superior verbal and written communication skills

• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to empathise with customers and understand their needs

• Skilled in managing and resolving conflicts, ensuring a positive working environment
